Claudia Soares serves as Healthpoint’s Senior Director of Clinical Operations. As a member of its Executive Management team, she leads and manages the operational and clinical services, while ensuring quality and safety outcomes, high patient satisfaction, and caregiver engagement.
She has been a part of the Mubadala Health network since early 2013. She earned her MBA from the London School of Business and Finance (global), holds an International Executive Certificate in Corporate Finance from the Columbia Business School (global), and completed the Middle East Health Leadership Program (INSEAD) alongside many of the GCC’s leading healthcare executives.
A nurse by background, she completed her General Nursing Degree from the Nursing College of Viana do Castelo in Portugal.
Prior to joining Healthpoint, Claudia worked as the Director of Clinical Operations at Mubadala Health’s Amana Healthcare. She has over 14 years of clinical and management experience spanning Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates.
