Reconstruction of the middle ear (Cholesteatoma surgery)

Tympanoplasty (replacement of eardrum and ossicles)
Pediatric Otology services include:
Foreign body extraction
Insertion of ventilation tubes
Myringoplasty (replacement of eardrum)
Paracentesis (cut into the eardrum)
Pediatric Cochlear Implant Surgery
Audiology lab services include:
ABR (auditory brainstem response), a safe and painless test to see how the hearing nerves and brain respond to sounds. The test is used with children or others who cannot complete a typical hearing screening.
Audiometry (hearing test)
Hearing aid fitting and maintenance
Otoacoustic emissions (testing of cells for hearing)
Tympanometry (middle ear pressure test)
Vestibular lab (assessment of dizziness, imbalance, and vertigo) services include:
Caloric (temperature) testing of the balance system
Rotary chair (to be available soon – need to check status) for the purpose of rotational testing of the inner ear or neurological system
Video-Nystagmo-Graphy (VNG) and Head Impulse Test (HIT)
Rhinology (nose and sinus problems) treatments include:
Orbital decompression (Grave’s Disease)
Polypectomy (removal of nasal polyps)
Septoplasty (correction/straightening of nasal wall)
