Dr. Manel serves as Healthpoint’s Acting Director of Clinical Operations. As a member of its Executive Management team, she leads and manages the operational and clinical services, while ensuring quality and safety outcomes, high patient satisfaction, and caregiver engagement.
Dr. Manel holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree (PharmD) as well as a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA). As a distinguished Fulbright Scholar, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a global perspective to her position.
With over a decade of experience in healthcare operations and transformation, Dr. Manel is a recognized expert in leveraging data and analytics to drive meaningful change. As a member of M42’s operational excellence team, she played a key role in driving strategic initiatives across the network. Through her leadership across various healthcare projects, she leveraged her expertise to develop and implement data-driven strategies that not only enhance operational efficiency but also elevate the overall standard of care. In doing so, her approach fosters a culture of continuous improvement, delivering measurable outcomes that positively impact both patient experiences and overall organizational performance.
Prior to joining Healthpoint and the M42 network, Dr. Manel held key roles at leading institutions such as the Cleveland Clinic USA, Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, and Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City.
