Dr. Ncomanzi has over 17 years of experience in anesthetics. Prior to joining Healthpoint, Dr. Ncomanzi was a Consultant in Anesthetics at University Hospitals of Northamptonshire; Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. He completed his training in Anesthetics at Health Education England - East Midlands, United Kingdom, where he gained experience across multiple hospitals. These included Kettering General Hospital, Leicester Royal Infirmary, Glenfield Hospital, and Queens Medical Centre Nottingham. This training spanned from 2005 to 2013, providing him with a comprehensive background in anesthetics.

This includes providing anesthesia for plastics and reconstructive surgery, implementing enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) protocols for bariatric, colorectal, and orthopedic surgeries, as well as expertise in regional anesthesia. Dr. Ncomanzi is well-versed in anesthesia for laparoscopic and vascular surgeries and excels in the critical care arena, with a focus on stabilizing critically ill patients and facilitating high-risk patient transfers. Additionally, his skills extend to oncology anesthesia, covering specialties such as urology, gynecology, and ear, nose and throat (ENT) procedures.
