Dr. Leanne Brown is a Clinical Neuropsychologist with over 20 years' experience in the healthcare sector in the UK and UAE, working across various acute, post-acute and specialist neurological services.
Dr. Leanne graduated with a BSc in Psychology from City University, London (2000) and attained a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Royal Holloway, University of London (2007); a Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Neuropsychology (Merit), from Nottingham University (2011); and a Qualification in Clinical Neuropsychology, from the British Psychology Society in 2013.
Specialist Neuropsychological Assessment of adults across the full range of neurological e.g., traumatic brain injury, stroke, epilepsy, toxic and metabolic disorders, tumors, demyelinating disorders and neurodegenerative disease.
Neuropsychological Rehabilitation; encompassing a broad range of emotional, behavioral and cognitive interventions in the treatment and rehabilitation of clients with neurological disorders and disease.
Dr. Leanne is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (AFBPsS); a Chartered Clinical Psychologist (CPsychol); She holds full membership of the British Psychological Society’s Division of Neuropsychology; and is on the Specialist Register of Clinical Neuropsychologists (SRCN). She is licensed by the Health Authority Abu Dhabi (HAAD) in the UAE and the Health and Care Professional Council (HCPC) in the UK. Dr Leanne is also Co-Chair of the International Neuropsychological Society's Global Engagement Committee’s UAE Chapter.
