Dr. Nasri has over 15 years of experience in Anesthesia and Intensive Care.
Dr. Nasri possesses extensive expertise in providing safe and effective perioperative care across a wide range of surgical specialties. She is highly skilled in managing high-risk anesthesia cases, including ASA III–IV patients, consistently achieving positive clinical outcomes.
She earned her Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the University of Monastir, Tunisia, where she also completed her internship. Dr. Nasri subsequently undertook a Residency in Anesthesia and Intensive Care at the same institution, gaining comprehensive training in anesthetic techniques, critical care, and perioperative medicine.
Throughout her career, Dr. Nasri has actively contributed to the advancement of patient care and safety. She played a key role in the development and implementation of Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) protocols, particularly during the COVID-19 period, helping to improve recovery times and optimize perioperative outcomes. She has also been involved in several quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient safety and reducing perioperative complications.
Prior to joining, Dr. Nasri served as a Specialist in Anesthesiology at Emirates Hospital Day Surgery, Abu Dhabi, UAE, where she provided comprehensive anesthesia services for a variety of surgical procedures.
Dr. Nasri’s scope of practice at Healthpoint includes general and regional anesthesia for surgical procedures, as well as comprehensive perioperative care, encompassing preoperative assessment, intraoperative management, and postoperative monitoring.
Dr. Nasri specializes in a broad range of anesthetic and critical care services, including general and regional anesthesia, obstetric and gynecological anesthesia, and emergency and trauma anesthesia. Her expertise extends to critical care and ICU management, advanced airway management including difficult airways, mechanical ventilation and sedation protocols, pain management, and post-anesthesia care unit (PACU) monitoring. She is committed to delivering patient-centered care and ensuring optimal surgical outcomes.
