Moath Alkiswani joined Healthpoint in August 2022. He obtained his BSc in Speech and Audiology Pathology from Al-Ahliyya Amman University in Jordan. Mr. Alkiswani previously worked as a speech therapist at the Ministry of Community Development in Dubai. Prior to that, he worked at Al Sadara Center for Care and Rehabilitation in Abu Dhabi. He is an accomplished speech and language pathologist with over five years of experience in the field.
Mr. Alkiswani is a distinguished practitioner with a strong skill set in managing an extensive range of speech and language disorders, including but not limited to dysarthria, aphasia, apraxia, autism spectrum disorders, Down’s syndrome, ADHD, stuttering, articulation disorders, and hearing impairments. He is renowned for his expertise in diagnosing and treating these disorders with innovative and evidence-based methods.
Mr. Moath holds a professional Speech and Language Pathologist license from the Jordan Ministry of Health (2018). He is certified and specialized in the treatment of swallowing disorders through the Talk Tools program. Mr Alkiswani is accredited by the Amman Center for Swallowing Speech (ACSS) in Melodic Intonation Therapy (MIT) for Aphasia Rehabilitation/Swallowing Disorders Assessment and Treatment. He is also certified in the use of VitalStim, a specialized therapy for swallowing and speech, through training received from Amman Center.
